UK General Election 2029
Upcoming23 January 2029
The next scheduled UK general election. The current Parliament runs until January 2030 at the latest, with an election expected before then.
How we calculate alignment
When you vote on a bill in YouBase, we look at how each party voted in the corresponding parliamentary division.
If you voted Support and a party voted Aye — or you voted Oppose and they voted No — that counts as an alignment.
We then calculate the percentage of bills where you and each party agree.
